Holiday Inn Los Angeles - Lax Airport, An Ihg Hotel, Los Angeles

The hotel had some charm, but there were a few issues that affected my stay. The room felt a bit incomplete with some needed repairs and missing furniture. On the bright side, the room size was perfect and the overall design was nice. The service varied greatly, with one exceptional staff member going above and beyond, but others were quite rude, leaving a mixed impression. The location was convenient for airport access but fell short in comparison to other Holiday Inn Express locations. Dining options were limited and slightly overpriced. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities offered were decent.

The hotel offers a diverse menu at a reasonable price, and the rooms, although decent, had issues with hot water in the shower and a slight cigarette smell. The service staff were initially confused with charges but turned out to be extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. The location is convenient, near various food spots and major intersections but did encounter minor issues with homeless individuals nearby. The dining experience lacked clarity and control over guests, although the hotel provides seasonal local products.
