On the bright side, the room size was perfect and the overall design was nice. The service varied greatly, with one exceptional staff member going above and beyond, but others were quite rude, leaving a mixed impression. The location was convenient for airport access but fell short in comparison to other Holiday Inn Express locations. Dining options were limited and slightly overpriced. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities offered were decent.
